# Interactive Report

ユーザーが扱う情報を起点に、アクセス可能な組織内情報と一般公開Webを調査する。過去の成功事例と現状値からゴール、KPI、実行計画を提案し、根拠を追跡できる自己完結型インタラクティブ分析レポートへまとめる。

## Workflow

### Step 1: 分析目的と情報範囲を確認する

読者、意思決定、対象期間、対象組織、扱う資料、機密区分、期待する成果、閲覧環境を確認する。ファイルや表の定義、単位、母数、欠損、更新日時を把握する。目的やアクセス範囲が不足する場合は `AskUserQuestion` でまとめて確認し、数値、固有名詞、日付を推測しない。

### Step 2: 組織内の前提と成功事例を調査する

社内検索、SharePoint、OneDrive、Teams、会議議事録、Outlook予定表、メールから、関連する規定、戦略、既存KPI、指定様式、意思決定者、過去計画と実績を探す。成功事例は目標達成の証拠、施策、期間、対象条件、投資、阻害要因まで確認し、今回との類似点と相違点を記録する。

重要な規定、成功事例、基準値を取得できない場合は推測せず「要確認」とし、ユーザーへ確認する。見つからない場合は「事例なし」「基準値なし」と明示し、公開情報または仮説を社内事実として扱わない。

### Step 3: 一般公開情報で外部環境を補完する

一般公開Webから市場、顧客、競合、制度、地域、ベンチマークを調査する。内部の固有名詞、機密値、未公開計画を検索語や外部サービスへ送信しない。発行元、公開日、対象範囲、一次情報かを確認し、URLと取得日を保持する。Web情報は補足根拠として扱い、社内情報、公開事実、推論を区別する。

### Step 4: ゴールとKPIを立案する

現状、組織方針、成功事例、外部ベンチマークの因果関係を比較し、実現可能なゴールを提案する。各KPIに名称、意思決定との関係、定義、計算式、単位、母数、現状値、目標値、期限、測定頻度、データ元、責任者、先行・遅行区分、ガードレール指標、根拠、確度を付ける。

目標値は成功事例の改善幅、現状との差、期間、利用可能な資源から説明する。根拠が不足する値は「仮説」と表示し、単一の見かけ上の精密値ではなく範囲または段階目標を提示する。相関を因果と断定せず、反証条件と未確認事項を残す。

### Step 5: インタラクティブ分析レポートを生成する

上から「エグゼクティブサマリー、ゴール、KPI、根拠、成功事例、分析、実行計画、リスク、出典」の順に設計する。静的部品は `scripts/report.py`、検索・タブ・チャート・開閉・チェックリストは `scripts/interactive_report.py` を使う。

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260902.e16792c, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
