Suite of tools for creating elaborate, multi-component single-file HTML web artifacts using modern frontend web technologies (React, Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui). Use for complex artifacts requiring state management, routing, or shadcn/ui components - not for simple single-file HTML/JSX artifacts.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Web Artifacts Builder
Adapted from [Anthropic's web-artifacts-builder skill](https://github.com/anthropics/skills/tree/00756142ab04c82a447693cf373c4e0c554d1005/skills/web-artifacts-builder),
under [Apache-2.0](LICENSE.txt). Modified for standalone HTML delivery, PMX Canvas integration,
and local build-script dependency reuse, logging and a pinned scaffolder.
To build powerful single-file frontend web artifacts, follow these steps:
1. Initialize the frontend repo using `scripts/init-artifact.sh`
2. Develop your artifact by editing the generated code
3. Bundle all code into a single HTML file using `scripts/bundle-artifact.sh`
4. Display artifact to user
5. (Optional) Test the artifact
**Stack**: React 18 + TypeScript + Vite + Parcel (bundling) + Tailwind CSS + shadcn/ui
The initializer pins `create-vite@9.3.1`; `9.3.2` omits the templates needed to scaffold a project.
## Design & Style Guidelines
VERY IMPORTANT: To avoid what is often referred to as "AI slop", avoid using excessive centered layouts, purple gradients, uniform rounded corners, and Inter font.

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
