Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Skill Builder
パーソナルスキルの**作成 / 更新 / 公開前チェック**を行う。
**パス** (実値の直書き禁止。`references/.env.example` を参照)
- ユーザースキル: `${COWORK_SKILLS_ROOT}/<name>/` — **読み取り専用 FS**。編集は `host-EditArtifact` / `host-CopyArtifact` (`surface="user"`, path は `skills/<name>/...`)。
- ビルトイン: `${COWORK_BUILTIN_SKILLS_ROOT}/` — 改変しない。
### Step 1: モード判定
作成依頼は **A. 新規作成**、変更依頼は **B. 更新**、公開・秘匿化・統合は **C. 公開前チェック**を選ぶ。
公開前提なら作成・更新後に C を実行する。

### Step 2: 選択したモードを実行
#### A. 新規作成
1. **意図を把握** — タスク、トリガー、出力の不足だけ `AskUserQuestion` で 1 問確認する。
2. **雛形を生成** — kebab-case で命名し一発生成する。タイプ選択は [templates.md](references/templates.md)。

名前検証・50件上限確認・作成まで行う。raw markdownや作成可否を聞かない。
3. **実内容に置換** — [公開スキル標準](references/public-skill-standard.md)から近いパターンを選び、description、トリガー、番号付きフロー、出力、Guardrailsを実装する。
4. **検証・採点** → 下記「仕上げ」。
5. **短いサマリを提示** — 目的、主トリガー、スコア、MVB (≥70) 可否。
#### B. 更新
1. **対象を確認** — `${COWORK_SKILLS_ROOT}/<name>/` を Read (SKILL.md・references・scripts・images)。

How to install
mdr add geekfujiwara/copilot-cowork-skills/skill-builder@sha256:a52e7ba5b36f3f69The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261101.c969d68, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
