Use this skill to assemble Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and Privacy Act requests to obtain a person's own immigration records — almost always the FIRST step before defending a removal case or filing any benefit request, because you cannot litigate a record you have not seen (the NTA, prior applications, officer notes, the charging history, the I-213). How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
