Use when asked to review an NDA, SaaS contract, MSA, DPA or other agreement, or to draft redlines. Gives clause-by-clause analysis with green/yellow/red risk ratings and red flags (liability, IP, governing law, auto-renewal, GDPR); escalates to a human on unlimited liability or IP assignment.
