Scrape MP photos, biographies, and seat data from parliament.bg. Use when the user asks to update parliament data, refresh MP profiles, add a newly seated parliament (e.g. 52nd NS after the April 2026 election), regenerate seat allocations, or fix missing photos/bios on candidate pages. Also use to re-run the scraper after a fresh git clone if `public/parliament/index.json` is missing.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Parliament.bg scraper skill Pulls MP data (photos, bios, region, party, term history) from `parliament.bg`'s public `/api/v1` endpoints and stores it under `public/parliament/`. The frontend integrates this with the existing CIK candidate data via case-insensitive name matching. ## When to use which command The scraper at `scripts/parliament/scrape_mps.ts` has four operational modes. How to install
mdr add atanasster/electionsbg/parliament-scrape@sha256:f316b0f452920295The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260812.23c1bf1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
