# Dashboard hub skill A **hub** is a module's front page: a `HubHead` — eyebrow, title, deck, scope, search, a KPI band and a ranked list — then bands of `InfographicTile`s that front the module's sub-pages. `/parliament` is the worked example for the bands; `/procurement` and `/governance` for the head. `/governance/sectors` and the analysis hub are the same shape. ⚠️ **The head is §3.0 and it is not optional.** Measured across all 13 tile hubs on 2026-08-22, **not one made a corpus-level statement above the fold**: the best four landed their first figure at 803–826 px — at the fold edge, inside a tile banner, as a preview of one destination — and `/governance` carried no number at all until **2 355 px** on a 2 789 px page. How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
