Audit a curated procurement project dossier (/procurement/project/:slug) against the raw contracts/tenders corpus. Verifies the included contracts, tenders, companies and totals; catches false positives (contractor-name collisions, lot-per-oblast frameworks, other-road lots leaking via shared procedures, fuel/service supply frameworks) and missing records (predecessor/related buyers); validates derived figures (€/km, method mix, CPV role split); then adds PG-backed regression tests and fixes…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # Audit Dossier skill A curated **project dossier** (`data/procurement/projects/<slug>.json`, rendered at `/procurement/project/<slug>`) is a *saved search* — a set of unioned search threads + manual include/exclude — resolved against the procurement corpus into a member set, totals, contractors and derived figures. A dossier is only as honest as its membership: a too-broad term or an un-scoped buyer pulls in **false positives**; a too-narrow scope drops genuine records. This skill audits that membership against the raw data and fixes it.
