# Impact log builder ## Purpose Turn scattered notes, messages, status updates and completed deliverables into one maintained impact log: one row per outcome with its evidence, date, who benefited and source. The log is a private working record for a later self-review, appraisal conversation or promotion case, written so the owner can find and cite evidence quickly. The agent extracts and structures; the owner decides what is true, what is shared and with whom. It never rates, ranks or recommends an outcome for the owner; it only points to evidence still to collect. ## When to use - The user wants to start an impact log or add new material to an existing one. - The user has notes, messages, meeting summaries, tickets or deliverables and wants the outcomes and evidence pulled out. - The user is preparing for a review, appraisal or promotion case and wants to see which claims have evidence and which do not. - Not for the review narrative itself (use performance-review-drafter), feedback on a colleague, or any rating, ranking, pay, grade, promotion or disciplinary determination. …
