Write the code for a piece of work the way a team will accept it: decide whether the work needs a plan before a line is written, follow the project's own conventions and reference modules, verify by layer with the project's own commands, then call the team review and fix what it blocks on before handing the change over. Use when a ticket, a plan, or a described requirement is ready to be built, and the question left is how to build it rather than what to build. Triggers on: "implement…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Implement a Change (`atk:implement`) Writes the code, between two gates. The first decides whether this work may be written at all before somebody has agreed how: most work may, some work must not. The second is the team review, called by this skill on its own output rather than left for the reviewer to discover. What the skill never does is decide. It builds what was agreed, and when it finds it is about to agree something on the team's behalf, it stops and says whose call it is. ## Scope Handles: reading the plan, ticket, or description, scoring how much agreement the work needs before code, writing the change against the project's conventions and reference modules, verifying by layer with the project's own commands, tidying what was written before anyone reviews it, calling `atk:review` and fixing what it blocks on, and closing through the shared finalize sequence. Does NOT handle: the review checklist, the severity scale, and the breadth of a review, all of which belong to `atk:review` and are not restated here; sequencing work into phases and steps (`atk:plan`); choosing between approaches (`atk:design-doc`); splitting work across people …

How to install
mdr add lamngockhuong/aiteamkit/implement@sha256:2ac2272870845ffcThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261021.3a0c95b, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
