# Incident postmortem drafter ## Purpose Read the record of one incident (channel export, ticket with work notes, any alert, change or status page records) and produce one draft blameless postmortem: what happened and when, who was affected and for how long, how it was detected and handled, which factors the evidence points to as review candidates, and the actions the responders proposed. Every entry traces to a timestamped source or reads UNKNOWN. People appear by role, never as causes.
