# Board paper skeleton ## Purpose Assemble one DRAFT board paper skeleton from what the sponsor supplies. Every sentence traces to an input, and every claim carries one tag: [E] evidenced (source and reference given), [A] asserted (the sponsor states it without a source), or UNKNOWN (needed and nothing supplies it). Financials are carried exactly as provided. The recommendation is the sponsor's and is labelled so. The paper decides nothing, approves nothing and commits nothing. ## When to use Run when the user asks to draft, structure, skeleton or prepare a board paper, committee paper, board memo, decision paper or resolution paper for a board or a committee. Do not use for a pre-read or briefing pack with no resolution sought (executive-briefing-pack), to record a decision already taken (decision-memo-builder) or to minute a past meeting (transcript-to-actions), to write the recommendation for the sponsor, to choose between options, to produce projections, or to circulate or table the paper. ## Inputs Ask once for whatever is missing, in one message, then proceed with UNKNOWN. …
