Use this skill when translating UI/UX designs into production-ready frontend code — Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, screenshots, or design specs. Extracts design tokens, maps component hierarchy, applies responsive breakpoints and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility, and produces framework-agnostic implementations (React, Vue, Svelte, plain HTML/CSS) with design system integration and visual regression testing.
