# Change communication plan ## Purpose Turn one change description into one DRAFT communication plan: audiences, key messages, channels, sequence, owners and feedback loop, with the first messages drafted for the sponsor to approve. Every message line traces to the description or the sponsor's words; anything unsettled becomes an open question. The agent drafts; the sponsor and owners decide what is sent, when and by whom. ## When to use - The user has a change (process, tool, structure, location, leadership) and asks how to communicate it: who needs to know, in what order, what the first messages should say. - The user has a plan and wants it checked for missing audiences, sequence problems or no feedback loop. - Not for deciding the change, representative consultation, individual notices or legal notice periods. - Do not use for a clause-by-clause comparison of a changed HR policy with its previous version, use policy-change-briefing instead; for a new hire's first weeks, use onboarding-plan-builder. ## Inputs `[TBC]` marks a fact the sponsor must settle and stays in the plan text; UNKNOWN marks information nobody supplied and goes to the UNKNOWN list. …
