Turn a plan, a spec, a closed decision map, or a pressure-tested conversation into tracer-bullet work items on the repo's tracker, each an issue-as-spec with its blocking edges wired. Use when asked to file tickets, break work down, or move from "we've decided" to "it's on the board".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# To Tickets The pack's bridge from **decided** to **takeable**. [decision-map](../../decide/decision-map/SKILL.md) produces decisions; [orchestrate](../orchestrate/SKILL.md) routes tracked items into lanes. This skill is what stands between them: it turns settled intent into work items a lane can claim without asking anyone what was meant. Read the team-workflow binding doc first; it names the tracker, the label vocabulary, the verify commands, and the decider. The [tracker discipline](../../orient/setup/references/tracker-discipline.md) governs everything filed here. ## Tracer bullets Slice by **tracer bullet**: a thin path that goes all the way through, end to end, rather than a horizontal layer that goes nowhere alone. "Wire the read path from route to store, one field" is a tracer bullet. "Build the data layer" is a layer: it cannot be verified, cannot be demoed, and its acceptance criteria are always someone else's. How to install
mdr add timharris707/skills/to-tickets@sha256:682ac98f45a84262The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261008.0b04f1c, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
