Turn a raw stakeholder or client request into reviewable requirements: context, user stories, acceptance criteria, out-of-scope list, open questions, and the person who must answer each one. Use when a request arrives as a chat message, a meeting note, a mail, a one-line ticket, or a Figma design, and the team cannot start work from it yet. Triggers on: "intake", "requirement", "làm rõ yêu cầu", "phân tích yêu cầu", "user story", "acceptance criteria", "要件定義", "要求整理", "clarify this request…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Requirement Intake (`atk:intake`) Converts an unstructured request into a requirement artifact that a Dev can estimate, a QA can test, and a stakeholder can approve. The output records what was asked, what was assumed, and what is still unanswered, with a name against every open question. ## Scope Handles: reading the raw request, including a Figma design or the images exported from it, scanning the codebase for what already exists, splitting the request into user stories, writing testable acceptance criteria, listing non-goals, and collecting open questions with an owner each. Does NOT handle: estimating effort (`atk:estimate`), technical design (`atk:design-doc`), task assignment (`atk:breakdown`), writing a screen's component table (`atk:spec --kind screen`), or deciding priority and scope. Those belong to the PM and the stakeholder; this skill records their decision, it does not make it. Nor explaining a document a person was handed so they can understand it, a vendor's report or a client's specification read rather than turned into requirements, which is `atk:catchup`. ## Roles …

How to install
mdr add lamngockhuong/aiteamkit/intake@sha256:3f56cbf672043887The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261016.208c1c4, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
