# Skill file reviewer ## Purpose Read one SKILL.md as text and produce one DRAFT review: a findings table against a fixed rule set, each finding with severity, rule identifier, location, quoted evidence and proposed replacement text, closed by a verdict of READY, REVISE or BLOCKED.
