Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # 跨境广告诊断与受控实验 确定广告问题发生在曝光、点击、转化、收入归因还是成本结构，并用可解释的单项实验验证。 ## 必要输入 - 已授权店铺/广告账户、站点、币种、报告类型、日期、归因窗口、回补时间。 - 花费、曝光、点击、广告订单/销售额、全店订单/销售额、搜索词、目标、广告位和变更记录。 - 商品库存、价格、优惠、评价、单位贡献与测试预算。 ## 执行约定 - 先锁定平台、站点、商品或店铺、日期范围、时区、币种与指标定义；无法确认的字段保留 `UNKNOWN`，不补零。 - 每条结论关联证据编号。原始账户记录为 `FACT`，第三方销量和流量为 `ESTIMATE`，情景参数为 `ASSUMPTION`；记录数据源、采集时间、覆盖范围和缺失原因。 - 默认交付分析或草稿。外部取数与写入沿用用户已授权的范围和费用边界；新增范围才补充确认。实际写入记录对象、前后值、执行响应和回读结果，不能把草稿或请求接受写成已生效。 ## 工作流 1. 校验报告覆盖、重复行、时区和数据成熟度；无报告日与真实零花费分开显示。 2. 读取 [指标与实验手册](references/playbook.md) 对齐 CTR、CPC、CVR、ACOS 与 TACOS；比率以合计分子除合计分母计算，分母为零时显示 UNKNOWN。 3. 按活动、广告组、目标、实际搜索词、商品和广告位拆解。自动投放的 close/loose/substitutes/complements 与手动关键词匹配类型分开。 4. 沿需求、曝光资格、竞价预算、搜索意图、详情页、价格配送与库存排除原因。竞品流量可用 [数据工具路由](references/data-tools.md) 补充，但只作为估算。 5. 以广告前单位贡献和匹配的销售基数推算盈亏平衡值，分别设探索预算与盈利目标；不因 ACOS 超过固定百分比立即否词或停活动。 6. 每次实验优先改变一个主要变量，记录预计影响、样本要求、成熟归因窗口、花费上限、停止线和回退值。 7. 交付变更清单。已有授权覆盖具体店铺、对象、动作和预算时执行并回读，否则保持草稿。写请求超时先查询实际状态，避免重复变更。 ## 关键边界 - 品牌词广告、自然排名和全店订单共同变化不证明广告带来增量；因果结论需对照或明确降低证据强度。 - 活动预算属于活动层；需要独立预算的实验使用可独立管理的活动，而非虚构广告组预算。 - 不为了获取诊断数据自动刷新历史报告、调用付费模型或写回实验状态；按本次用户范围处理。 ## 交付与验收 - 范围与完整性、指标拆解、根因假设及排除证据。 - 逐对象实验/变更草案、利润约束、样本与回退。 - 执行与回读状态，或等待补齐的最小数据。 …
