Sample skill for atkx:skill-eval: summarises a changelog file into three lines for a release announcement. A fixture with a known verdict, not a skill to install. Triggers on: "summarise the changelog", "tóm tắt changelog", "変更履歴を要約".
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Good skill A fixture. Its expected verdict is in `expected.json`, one directory up, read by the check beside it. ## Workflow 1. Read the changelog the user names. 2. Read `assets/style.md` for the three-line shape. 3. When the user asks for the project's docs page, `scripts/docs-link.sh` prints the link to docs.example.invalid, the one host this skill talks to. 4. Print the three lines. Write nothing to disk, and never auto-approve a tool call to do it.

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
