This skill does not duplicate any workflow - it hands the entire creation flow to [manage-experiments](../manage-experiments/SKILL.md)'s **Create experiment** section and returns once that flow completes. ## Tools Performs no operations of its own; it uses the operations of manage-experiments' Create experiment flow, named in [tool-map.md](../../../references/fme/tool-map.md). ## Instructions ### Step 1: Delegate Read [manage-experiments/SKILL.md](../manage-experiments/SKILL.md) and follow its **Phase 1: Establish scope** and **Create experiment** section (Steps 1-8) exactly as written, using the current request's scope (org/project), parent flag + environment, hypothesis, metrics, treatments, window (`startAt`/`endAt`), and `rule`. mdr add harness/harness-skills/create-experiment@sha256:46eca634ff98fc64The line at the top of this page pins the label v1.0.1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
