Independently assess an exact TODO Flow change against condition IDs and verification evidence.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# track-review Read installed `project.json` for STATE and primary language, then STATE's `config/1.json`. Use the project language for user-facing reports and new documents unless explicitly overridden; default to English. Preserve protocol keys, identifiers, commands and source quotations. Use a fresh read-only context, independent of the authoring session. Read the actual files/diff, goal revision and verification evidence. Return summary, verdict (met/unmet/cannot-assess), and exactly one conditions row per condition ID with verdict and evidence. Identify real failures and uncertainties; don't invent test execution. First assess `paths.document`, `paths.decisions`, the actual candidate and `paths.diff`, then `paths.verification`, `paths.verification_logs` and `paths.evidence_artifacts`. Preserve unresolved `paths.findings` and `paths.incoming_findings`. How to install
mdr add jakeb-5/todo-flow/track-review@sha256:71b2c686daec24c7The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261003.0b96d15, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
