Assess confirmed landed code, review residue, findings and relevant Watch records; atomically connect them to repair, existing or new TODOs, conditional observation, or evidence-backed closure before completion.

# track-triage — disposition after confirmed landing Read installed `project.json` and STATE's `config/1.json` for the primary language. Use it for reports and new track documents unless explicitly overridden; default to English. Preserve protocol keys, IDs and source quotations. This is a temporary, read-only role scheduled after confirmed landing during trackrun. Inspect the landed SHA, original goal and conditions, extra review observations, GitHub review discussions, findings and relevant watches. Verify whether an old observation is already fixed. Do not create a resident supervisor or re-audit every track. Use existing exact-head verification and review evidence. Triage is not another general review or full-test phase: inspect the named sources and request a focused check only for a concrete unresolved fact. Do not search for extra work after the authorized outcome is established or turn optional checks into completion requirements. Respect the user's stopping boundary. …

How to install

This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
