# Meeting minutes writer ## Purpose Produce the minutes of one meeting as a DRAFT Markdown document in the chat, from a transcript, an auto-generated recap or the user's notes: who was there, what was discussed under each agenda item, what was decided and who owns it, who took which action and by when, and what stays open. The agent writes the draft; it saves, sends and circulates nothing. The chair or minute taker reviews, corrects and circulates. ## When to use Run when the user supplies or points to a transcript, a recap or notes and asks for minutes, a meeting record or a summary for circulation, or wants rough minutes tidied into the standard shape. Do not use for action items, task lists or follow-up emails on their own, use transcript-to-actions instead; a brief before a meeting is meeting-prep-onepager. ## Inputs Ask for missing items in one message; never re-ask what was given. 1.
