Adversarial security auditing and red-teaming of your own systems with strict epistemic discipline. Use this skill whenever the user is red-teaming, doing a security audit, adversarial review, threat modeling, or "trying to break" their own code or system; whenever they ask you to find bugs, vulnerabilities, invariant violations, or architectural fractures; whenever they want to audit another agent's audit or check whether a finding is real; and whenever a report labels something…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Red-Team Auditing A methodology for adversarial security auditing that refuses to inflate certainty. It is the adversarial application of `abductive-engineering`: the A–D–I loop (abduction → deduction → induction) is the engine, and this skill adds the discipline that separates a real finding from a plausible story dressed up as a fact. The central failure mode of security audits is **not** missing bugs. It is **overclaiming** — writing "EXPLOITABLE — CONFIRMED" on top of an architectural hypothesis that was never executed. An audit that overclaims is worse than useless: it launders a guess into evidence, and the first competent reviewer who asks "confirmed against what?" destroys the credibility of every other finding in the document. So the prime directive of this skill: **certainty must be earned by induction, never asserted by confidence.** --- ## Part 1 — The Epistemic Ladder (the core discipline) …

How to install
mdr add annatchijova/vigia-intent-analysis/red-team-auditing@sha256:9ff8b1e14a786adcThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260707.e78d94b, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
