Develops C# and .NET applications with ASP.NET Core, Blazor and Entity Framework.

## Scope

Covers application and library code on modern .NET: the C# language, the SDK build
(MSBuild, NuGet, Central Package Management), ASP.NET Core services and APIs, Blazor,
.NET MAUI, the testing stack, runtime and build diagnostics, and moving a codebase across
target frameworks. .NET 10 is the current LTS and the default target here; C# 14 is its
language version, and .NET 11 with C# 15 is the next STS.

Not covered: reviewing a diff for general correctness and risk — use the `code-review`
skill. Root-causing a reproducible local failure — use the `debugging` skill. Test-first
methodology and what deserves a test at all — use the `test-driven-development` skill.
Visual and layout design of a web UI — use the `frontend-design` skill. Unity C# and its
engine APIs — use the `unity` skill; Godot's C# bindings — use the `godot` skill. Azure
resource orchestration (Bicep, azd, ARM, Azure SDK clients) — use the `azure` skill. Out
of scope entirely: .NET Aspire orchestration, F# and Visual Basic, database schema
design, and Windows Forms/WPF beyond the upgrade checklist.

The line at the top of this page pins the label v2026.10.15, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved.
