# Invoice exception review ## Purpose Read one list of invoice exceptions with the invoice, purchase order, goods receipt and vendor master data supplied, and return one DRAFT action sheet: per line, the exception as stated, the facts as read, the difference where both sides exist, one proposed next action from a fixed vocabulary, who or what it needs, and a draft query. The clerk performs every action; the agent proposes and releases, approves, pays, cancels or changes nothing. ## When to use Run when the user asks to review, triage or work through invoice exceptions, blocked or parked invoices, three-way match failures, duplicate warnings or invoices without a purchase order. Do not use for a purchase order log screened for split orders, round amounts or approval gaps, use purchase-order-anomaly-review instead; for an expense claim against policy, use expense-policy-precheck. Never run to decide that an invoice is fraudulent, to release, approve, pay, reject or cancel one, or to change vendor bank details. ## Inputs Ask once for whatever is missing, in one message, then proceed with UNKNOWN for the rest. …
