session-summary skillA
session-summary is agent-read markdown (skill) from tanq16/claudex: User-invoked session handoff. `/session-summary pause` writes a structured resume file capturing what the session was doing, what changed, what was decided, and what is unfinished, folding any summary already there into a shorter form above it. `/session-summary resume` reads that file back and reports it as a few bullets, without starting any work it names. Invoked explicitly by name only. Never write or read the resume file on your own initiative, and never at the end of an ordinary task..
Indexed from public GitHub and served as immutable, content-addressed versions. How to install
mdr add tanq16/claudex/session-summary@git:20260825.98d7cfemdr add tanq16/claudex/session-summary@sha256:dbcd8e07ade1c4a6Pin to a label to follow the author's releases, or to a sha256 to freeze the exact bytes forever. Either way the resolved hash is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install reproduces it on any machine.
