Put a newsletter in its proper place — reconcile it between Google Docs and the Notion Content DB in EITHER direction (Doc-first OR Notion-first), and file the Doc into the newsletter Drive folder. The goal is that the content ends up correctly placed and cross-linked regardless of which was created first. Use whenever the user shares a Google Doc and/or a Notion Content-DB page and wants them synced, filed, archived, or "put in the right place". Triggers on "幫我放上 Notion", "sync to Notion…
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Content Governance — Doc ⇄ Notion reconciler This skill ships a `references/` directory — the subject taxonomy and its 24 classification rules — so it has to be installed as a **directory**, not as a single file. A one-file download leaves the taxonomy behind, and §D.4 says what to do when it is missing. Install it with: ```bash npx skills add https://github.com/peter-tu-zynkr/zynkr-skill-builder --skill content-governance ``` This skill makes one guarantee: **a newsletter ends up in its proper place regardless of where its life cycle started.** Peter sometimes drafts the Google Doc first, sometimes captures the idea in Notion first. Either way, this skill reconciles the two into a single consistent, cross-linked record. ## Hardcoded context - **Google account**: `peter_tu@zynkr.ai` - **Notion Content DB data source**: `collection://64bd3535-0cb3-4f96-946c-c2240294307c` - **Newsletter Drive folder**: `[@] 電子報 (Newsletter)` — ID `1RvIRPNg4Kzp_B-9VFZRTXMX4tRgXpSlN` - **Subject taxonomy**: `references/subject-taxonomy.csv` (82 subjects, `taxonomy_version` 1.0) and `references/subject-taxonomy-rules.md` (the 24 classification rules). Both ship with this …

How to install
mdr add peter-tu-zynkr/zynkr-skill-builder/content-governance@sha256:0c4116f0ee549ca5The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260918.2429d96, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
