Team-side weekly heartbeat on the COMPANY Planning Main Tracker (SOR tab of the H1 / H2 / YE cycle) — zynkr-gm's record-side companion. Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. This skill is that weekly pass, packaged: read the SOR tab, derive each item's state with `zynkr-gm`'s rules (never its own vocabulary), diff against the last snapshot, print the agenda block in one fixed zh-TW shape plus a nudge block per owner. How to install
