The "looking back in numbers" scoreboard for a Zynkr planning cycle (H1 / H2 / YE). Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. # Planning Evidence Pack ```bash npx skills add https://github.com/peter-tu-zynkr/zynkr-skill-builder --skill planning-evidence-pack ``` Every planning session opens with "what did the numbers do this cycle?" — in July those numbers were pulled by hand from six places the morning of. This skill is the scoreboard builder: it seeds a KPI list from the cycle workbook and the OKR tracker, routes each KPI to the one source that can answer it (tracker, snapshots, OKR status, calendar counts, Fireflies recap counts, or numbers the user pastes), and writes a `Scoreboard` tab plus the five stat tiles the deck's looking-back slide (slide 4) needs.
