Use when ein Beschwerdeverfahren aufgesetzt, überarbeitet oder auf seine Wirksamkeit geprüft werden soll.

Diese Skill richtet ein wirksames Verfahren ein und prüft es gegen die gesetzlichen **Wirksamkeitskriterien**. Eingehende Beschwerden über **mittelbare Zulieferer** begründen regelmäßig die „substantiierte Kenntnis" i.
