Review someone else's open GitHub PR — posts a real review with line-anchored inline comments; verdict computed mechanically; mandatory preview gate. Workspace-aware. For your OWN working diff, prefer the bundled /code-review instead.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# /orc:code-review
Review a pull request someone else authored. Post a real GitHub review: inline comments anchored to changed lines, one-click suggestion blocks, and an event computed from finding severities.
`orc-pr-reviewer` and `orc-security-reviewer` return JSON findings. This command merges them, checks verdict against severity, previews, then posts via `gh api` or the GitHub MCP.
## Arguments
- `<pr-number-or-url>` — required unless `--prs` is given: `123`, `org/repo#123`, or a URL.
- `--prs a#1,b#2,...` — workspace mode: review linked PRs as one change. Excludes the positional ref.
- `--context <description>` — what the PR is meant to do; feeds spec-conformance findings.
- `--summary-only` — print a markdown summary instead of posting. Skips P5–P6.
- `--soft-tests` — `test` findings become COMMENT instead of REQUEST_CHANGES.
- `--dry-run` — run through the preview, print the payload as JSON, post nothing.
- `--include-nits` — keep `nit` findings (default: drop them). Never changes the event.
- `--audit` — repo-wide security audit, no PR. See the Audit module.

The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261020.7a1f356, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
A 17 of 17 checks passed. Fixed automatic checks with no AI involved, so the same checks give the same answer every run.
