verify-intent SKILL.md skillA
verify-intent from pathmodeio/claude-plugin is an agent skill: a SKILL.md folder an AI agent loads when a task calls for it.
mdr add pathmodeio/claude-plugin/verify-intent@git:20261009.91bc237Pins git:20261009.91bc237 in mdr.lock. Pin the fingerprint instead.

Design the executable feedback loop for an intent — fastest check, highest-confidence check, manual fallback, observable shipped signal, and what shouldn't regress. Use when an intent is drafted but its verification field is empty or just says "add tests." Turns the spec into a runnable contract instead of a document.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
<what-to-do> Load the active intent from `intent.md` in the project root first. That file is bound to this repository and remains the content authority even when `PATHMODE_API_KEY` is set. If the repository has no `intent.md`, ask the user which saved intent they mean and load it with `get_intent`. With a workspace connected, `get_current_intent` picks by a workspace heuristic and can return an intent unrelated to this repository. Walk the user through the five verification dimensions below. Ask one question at a time. For each question, propose your best-guess answer based on the intent's outcomes and what's visible in the codebase (existing tests, observability hooks, CI config). The five dimensions: 1. **Fastest check** — What's the quickest signal that the code is broken? (typecheck, single unit test, lint rule) 2. **Highest-confidence check** — What's the most reliable signal it actually works? (e2e test, integration test, manual flow) 3. **Manual fallback** — If automation isn't available, what's the 30-second manual check? (curl command, screen recording flow, console query) …

How to install
mdr add pathmodeio/claude-plugin/verify-intent@sha256:d5f09ad3372d82a0The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261009.91bc237, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
