Implement the repository's active intent only after running its deterministic preflight. Use when the user asks to build, implement, fix, or change product code under an intent.md. Works in keyless local mode and connected team mode.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
<what-to-do> In connected mode, before forming a proposal or implementation plan, call `list_intents` without a status filter. Establish the product from the repository binding or the user; ask if it is ambiguous. Look for relevant earlier decisions on that same product in intents that are **authorized, shipped, or verified**. Authorization is separate from lifecycle status: an authorized intent can still be draft. Read applicable decisions, their rationale, and reopen triggers; use `get_intent` when the list lacks the needed detail. In the new intent's existing `decisions`, record a `reason` naming the full prior intent ID and full prior decision ID (copy IDs exactly; never abbreviate), or the exact choice if no decision ID is present, its reopen trigger (or that none is recorded), and what it changes about this proposal. Do not claim reuse without an applicable source read. If a reopen trigger applies or the earlier decision conflicts with the request, surface it for a new product judgment. Earlier authorization never authorizes the new intent or changes to the earlier one. This discovery step is connected mode only; keyless mode has no workspace decision history. …

How to install
mdr add pathmodeio/claude-plugin/implement-intent@sha256:773f9a34a222edb3The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261020.8bbbe31, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
