Concept-first stage for a new app or digital product. Produces as many truly different product concepts as the user asks for (default 3) as clickable prototypes on one review page, and gets one approved before any real build. Use when the user plans a new app, website, SaaS, or digital product and wants concepts, variations, directions, or a mockup first, or says "konsep dulu", "bikin variasi", "jangan langsung bikin", "mau lihat opsi dulu". Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Kaizen Concept Nothing real gets built until the user approves a concept. A concept is a different idea of the product, not a different skin. ``` brief -> discovery -> N concepts -> review page -> [user votes] -> revise or merge -> approved concept -> build ``` ## How many concepts Use the number the user asks for: 2, 3, 4, 5, or more. If they name none, make 3. Treat the number as a request, not a limit to argue with. Accept it as an argument too: `/kaizen-concept 5 <brief>`. The bar does not drop as the number rises. Every concept must still pass the test below. For large numbers, the proposal step keeps it cheap: if real ideas run out, say so at that step, name how many are truly different, and let the user decide. Never pad the set with reskins. Past 5, warn once that the work and tokens grow with each concept, then do it. A later "tambah 2 lagi" adds concepts to the same review page and keeps the existing ones. ## The test for a real variant Every concept passes only if it differs from all the others on all of these: 1. **Idea:** one sentence that sells something different. "One day from warung to gym", not "the green version". …

How to install
mdr add hfadhlullah/kaizen/kaizen-concept@sha256:afa8d90dba1e2c21The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261102.67e6aec, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
