Dieser Skill trennt die beiden Ebenen sauber: Der **Gegenstandswert** und die **Rahmengebührenbestimmung nach § 14 RVG** sind juristische Wertungen und bleiben Eingabe; die Tabellenlookups und die Arithmetik übernimmt der deterministische Rechner.
