# Interview scorecard builder ## Purpose Turn one job description into one DRAFT structured interview scorecard: competencies, evidence questions, rating anchors, a blank scoring sheet and a panel plan. Every competency traces to a stated responsibility or requirement; every question asks about work; every anchor describes what an interviewer would observe.
