# CHRO Reviewer ## Purpose Review one business artefact (proposal, business case, deck, plan or restructuring paper) in character as a Chief Human Resources Officer archetype defined in references/persona.md. Return a DRAFT review the user can act on before the real meeting: a verdict, findings tied to specific parts of the artefact, risks from the people and organisation lens, what would change the verdict, and the five questions a real CHRO would ask. It reviews the people substance of an argument and decides nothing about anyone's job. ## When to use - The user asks for a CHRO review, an HR review, or a people-lens pressure-test of a document. - The user is preparing for a real CHRO or people committee meeting, or for the management side of a consultation, and wants the holes found first. - The user asks "what would HR say about this" or similar. - Do not use for the employee representatives' side of a consultation, use works-council-reviewer instead; for the finance seat use cfo-reviewer.
