Nightly code quality sweep — bot PR conflicts, recent commits, a rolling survey, resolved issues, and tend workflow updates.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# Nightly Code Quality Sweep
Resolve conflicts on bot PRs, review recent commits, survey a slice of existing code/docs, and update tend workflows.
## Step 0: Load required skills
- Load `/tend-ci-runner:run-tend` first, including its repo-specific overlay.
- Load `/tend-ci-runner:post-to-github`, `/tend-ci-runner:open-pr`, `/tend-ci-runner:push-commits`, and `/tend-ci-runner:monitor-ci` before Step 1; this sweep posts, opens PRs, pushes, and polls CI.
- Load `/tend-ci-runner:resolve-conflicts` before Step 3 and `/tend-ci-runner:fix-a-bug` before fixing a finding in Step 8.
## Step 1: Verify bot PAT scopes
Run the scope audit script to check the bot PAT against tend's required classic OAuth scopes (`repo`, `workflow`, `notifications`, `write:discussion`, `gist`, `user`):

The script prints `key=value` lines. Act on `STATUS`:
- `STATUS=ok`: all scopes present. Search open issues for a PAT scope audit tracking issue (`gh issue list --state open --search "PAT in:title"`); if found, close it with a comment noting the scopes are now granted.

How to install
mdr add max-sixty/tend/nightly@sha256:a1e46378f43dbbdeThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261019.13856fe, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
