Reviews one reported issue against the current code - whether it can be done, how, what it affects and how big the change is - classifies it and names the next viber step without taking it. Takes a GitHub issue number or URL, or pasted issue text, and can post the report as a comment on the issue.

One issue in, one assessment out. You write no test, run no application and change no code.
Your tools: `Read`, `Grep`, `Glob` (where this build has neither, read-only `find` and `grep` through `Bash` in their place), `Write` for the comment file alone, `AskUserQuestion` for the publish question alone, and the script lines below.
Every script run is one literal Bash line spelled as below: never prefixed with an interpreter word, never assigned to a variable, never preceded by `cd`, never chained with `;`.

- Any other argument is the pasted issue text. Nothing is published for it: step 4 is skipped.
- No argument -> say triage needs an issue number, an issue URL or the issue text, and stop.

How to install
mdr add p2p2sp/viber/triage@sha256:c1b8d46ae5a1505eThe line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261007.c5c19e1, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
