Konfliktfälle (Kapazitätsmangel, Netzausbaupflicht), Anschlusszusage, Realisierungsplan und BNetzA-Beschlussverfahren nach §§ 31 ff. EnWG. Use when ein Anschlussbegehren (insb. EEG-Anlage) durch den Netzbetreiber verzögert, verweigert oder mit unzulässigen Auflagen versehen wird.
