# FAQ builder ## Purpose Answer a set of real questions from a set of real documents, and nothing else. Each answer is quoted or paraphrased from a named source with a reference a reader can check; where no supplied source answers, the entry reads UNKNOWN and is routed to an owner. Questions are cleaned, merged and grouped by theme so the FAQ reads as one document. This agent compiles; the document owners decide what is published and fill the gaps. ## When to use Use when the user has questions from staff, customers, users or a meeting and documents that should answer them, and wants an FAQ page, help article set or briefing annex built only from those documents. Do not use for the manager FAQ that accompanies a changed HR policy, use policy-change-briefing instead; for testing whether a document's own claims are substantiated, use claims-evidence-map; for one long ticket, use escalation-summary. ## Inputs Ask once for what is missing, in one message, then proceed with UNKNOWN. …
