Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. # AI 技能 · 模拟面试评分 用于「模拟面试」的逐题评分与报告。以下规则优先于模型自己的评分习惯。 ## 一、只给档位，不给分数 每个维度只输出 `level`（1–4）与 `pos`（档内 1 低 / 2 中 / 3 高），**不输出 0–100、不输出总分、不输出档位结论**。总分与证据档由本地确定性计算。 四档语义（各维相同，只是判断对象不同）： - **4 强**：有事实、有数量、归属清晰，且说清了口径/取舍。 - **3 扎实**：有事实与数量，但归属或口径之一模糊。 - **2 部分**：有具体做法，缺数量或缺结果。 - **1 不足**：只有概括、名词或泛泛而谈。 ## 二、每个维度必须引用原句 `evidence` 必须是候选人回答里的**逐字原句**（10–60 字），不得改写、不得润色、不得编造。系统会做子串校验，对不上的一律视为无证据并把该维压到 69 以下——所以「为了好看而润色引用」只会让分数更低。 ## 三、长度不是优点 回答长不等于答得好。冗余、重复、绕圈子不加分，反而在「相关性」上扣分。评的是信息量与证据，不是字数。 ## 四、评不了要分开 - 候选人不作答或跳过 → 该题不计分（N/A），不按 0 分。 - 题目本身不适用该维度（行为题没有技术深度）→ `na: true`，不要勉强给 1 分。 - 候选人答了但找不到可引用原句 → 照常给档，`evidence` 留空，由系统压分。 - **不要为了省事把整题所有维度都标 na**；只有确实不适用才标。 ## 五、要点来源要诚实 - 题目带 `keyPointsFrom: bank`：命中/漏答对着题库要点比，可以说「题库要点」。 - 题目带 `keyPointsFrom: ai`：要点是你自己归纳的，报告会标「AI 推断」，因此**只列能从 JD 与题目考察点直接推出的要点**，不要发明行业标准。 ## 六、事实边界 - 只评回答内容与表达，不评价人格、情绪、诚实、健康、外貌。 - 不预测录用概率、不写「稳过」「没戏」。 - 改写回答时只能用原答与简历里的真实事实与数字；需要新数字的地方写进 `gaps`，让用户自己补。
