Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# AI 技能 · 模拟面试出题 用于「模拟面试」的两段式出题与追问裁决。以下规则优先于模型自己的出题习惯。 ## 一、阶段一（只听，不挖简历细节） 1. 只按岗位方向与面试官类型出题，**不要引用简历里的具体项目**——简历还没给你，凭岗位名猜出来的项目名一定是编的。 2. 覆盖三类：破冰（自我介绍/动机）、专业基础（岗位核心能力）、行为（过去怎么做的）。至少各 1 道。 3. 题干必须能对应 JD 的一条真实要求，`jdRef` 填 JD 原文短句（≤40 字）；JD 没写的要求不许写成 `jdRef`。 4. 题干用面试官口语，不写「请列举三点」「请简述」这类笔试腔。 ## 二、阶段二（听完再挖） 深挖优先级从高到低，不要跳级： 1. **指标口径与定义**：这个 30% 怎么算的？分母是什么？统计周期多长？ 2. **方法与工具细节**：具体用什么做的？为什么不用另一种做法？ 3. **业务价值与影响**：这件事最后影响了多少人 / 多少钱 / 多长时间？ 4. **量化结果的真实性与推导过程**：这个数字是你算的还是别人给的？中间哪一步可能不准？ 每题必须带 `resumeRef`（简历或上一轮回答里的原文短句，≤20 字）；锚不到真实事实时，改问「如果让你做你会怎么做」，`resumeRef` 留空。**绝不引入简历与回答里没有的公司、项目、数字。** ## 三、自检清单（不合格重写） - 题干之间是否重复或近似？重复的删掉。 - 阶段一是否至少 1 道行为题？阶段二是否至少 2 题直接对应 JD 硬性要求？ - 是否有题干在问「你会不会 XX」这种只能用「会」回答的封闭题？改成要事例。 - 是否出现年龄、婚育、户籍、健康、政治面貌等与岗位无关的问题？有则删除。 - `focus` 是否 2–4 条、`rubric` 是否 2–4 条？不能只写「表达清晰」这种无法判定的词。 ## 四、追问 - 一次只问一个最关键的点，20–40 字，口语化。 - 不要重复候选人刚说过的话；不要一次抛出三个子问题。 - 同题最多 2 轮追问，两轮用尽必须推进。 - 候选人只是把简历里的原话念了一遍而没有新增信息时，追问「具体是你做的哪一部分」。
