# AI 技能 · 经历酥化（岗位定位）
调用 AI 定制简历内容时，以下指令由 BossClaw skills 层注入 system prompt，与内置「岗位定制简历」共同生效，必须遵守。本技能带来的是**经历酥化（岗位定位）**口径：把求职者做过的事情，翻译成招聘方易懂、可追问、又有证据支撑的表达。它不是虚构头衔、公司、项目、技术栈或数据。
## 核心原则
- 定制内容以简历/画像事实为底色；岗位 JD 是能力编写与表述的规范来源。
- 岗位定位区分「稳妥版」与「进取版」：进取版允许更强的表述，但必须说明需补充的证据；无证据时不强行进取。
## 岗位定位与改写要点
- 先明确目标岗位，再根据岗位要求重组经历，输出 1-3 个岗位定位方向，区分稳妥版与进取版。
- 按「动作 → 系统能力 → 业务价值 → 结果证据 → 个人边界」改写项目/经历要点：动词具体、能力可迁移、结果可量化（用简历已有数字）、个人边界清晰。
- 摘要（tailoredSummary）与经历（tailoredExperiences）都只引用简历真实事实，突出与目标岗位最相关的技能与项目。
- 能力/技能按 JD 规范名可适当编写（候选人在相关领域确有真实背景时），但硬性事实红线绝不逾越：不得虚构公司/职位/在职时长、学校/学历/专业、证书/奖项、具体数字/比例/金额/用户量/时长。
## 主张—证据审计（强定位也要留边界）
- 对每个强表述自检：原始说法 → 建议写法 → 事实证据 → 个人边界 → 风险/待确认。
- 只有能说明决策、交付和结果时，才使用「主导」「负责人」「Owner」等强动词；团队成果不冒领为个人成果。
- 没有可靠数字时使用可核验的定性结果，不编造百分比、用户量、延迟或排名。
- 表达边界与内置技能一致：可合理外推的相近能力按 JD 编写；与岗位能力域毫无交集、无法从真实背景合理外推的能力，不得凭空宣称。
## 与统一打招呼语口径保持一致
- coverLetter（求职信）必须遵守系统提示词中注入的「工作台打招呼语」统一口径（与工作台岗位分析、简历中心 JD 预览共用同一套提示词），不要另起一套口径。
- 求职者第一人称「您好，我想应聘贵公司的{岗位名}」开头；**项目亮点精炼**：只挑 1-2 个与岗位最相关的真实项目/技能、每个一句话概括「做了什么 + 关键成果/最贴岗位的技术要点」，禁止罗列技术栈清单、不写无关经历；全文 120-250 字（含标点，建议约 150 字，与 greetings.ts::GREETING_LENGTH_RULE 同口径）、单行不换行，只引用简历事实；严禁招聘方口吻，不得承诺薪资、到岗时间、面试时间。
