Reviews an existing conjoint study for threats to inference and returns severity-ranked findings on design integrity, estimation, measurement error, external validity, and interpretation, including the guardrail against reading an AMCE as majority preference. Use when the user asks whether a conjoint design or analysis holds up, has referee comments on a conjoint, or wants a second opinion on estimation or interpretation. New designs go to conjoint-design, reshaping to conjoint-cleaning.
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.
What the file says
# Conjoint Experiment Diagnostics Assess each item below as addressed adequately, partially, or not at all, and rank the resulting findings by severity (see the Example Finding for the expected form). - **Paper or manuscript:** give a verdict for each of Sections 1–5. - **Analysis code or data:** audit the implementation, not just what the paper claims: (a) the clustering specification, (b) whether the estimand matches the reported quantity, and (c) if IRR is unmeasured, within-respondent task-pair agreement as a function of attribute-level differences (Clayton et al. 2023 §3.3 method 2 / `projoint`). Sibling skills for neighboring concerns: `conjoint-design` (design choices), `conjoint-cleaning` (Qualtrics exports → long format), `hypothesis-building` (linking estimands to "If-Then" predictions), `methods-reporting` (full JARS/DA-RT compliance and replication archive), `cross-national-design` (multi-country / multilingual conjoints). --- ## 1. Design Diagnostics ### 1.1 Attribute and Level Selection - Are attributes conceptually distinct and non-overlapping? - Are levels realistic and mutually exclusive within each attribute? …

How to install
mdr add scdenney/open-science-skills/conjoint-diagnostics@sha256:91e49e1b2b3f03d3The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20261019.3e1eabe, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
