Entwurf einer prozessual sauberen Klageschrift im Zivilprozess nach §§ 253 ff. ZPO. Streitgegenstand (zweigliedriger Begriff), Sachvortrag mit Substantiierung, Beweisantritt, sachliche und örtliche Zuständigkeit, Klagearten (Leistungs-, Feststellungs-, Gestaltungsklage), Streitwert. Use when eine Zivilklage entworfen wird oder eine Klageschrift auf prozessuale Mängel geprüft wird.
