Scaffolds a lean, invariant-driven agent rule following universal best practices. Enforces hard constraints, zero incident post-mortems, zero dates, zero usernames, high information density, and strict separation between rules (constraints) and skills (procedures).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

State hard invariants (`MUST`, `NEVER`, `ALWAYS`), forbidden actions, and deterministic verifiers. Enforce zero historical fluff: no session dates, incident post-mortems, commit hashes, or absolute machine paths (`/Users/...`). Target high information density (30–70 lines; hard ceiling <= 80 lines). Strip speculative rationale and background exposition. Plugin rules reside in `plugins/<plugin>/rules/<name>.md`.
