Rechtliche Vollprüfung einer ordentlichen oder außerordentlichen Kündigung im deutschen Arbeitsrecht – KSchG (allgemeiner und besonderer Kündigungsschutz), § 102 BetrVG (BR-Anhörung), §§ 622 und 626 BGB (Fristen und wichtiger Grund), Sozialauswahl § 1 Abs. 3 KSchG, Sonderkündigungsschutz (MuSchG, BEEG, SGB IX, § 15 KSchG).
