Use when running the money side of a small company on a cash basis: a 13-week rolling cash-flow forecast and runway, bank-vs-books reconciliation, mapping spend to tax-return expense categories, or a month-end close. NOT posting journal entries, payroll or depreciation (that is `bookkeeping`); NOT multi-year projections (that is `financial-model`).
Collected from public GitHub. Every version is saved exactly as it was and never changes. Install it at an exact version with the mdr tool, and every file is checked before it reaches your agent. The main file is checked against the SHA-256 fingerprint recorded here, and the others against the fingerprints GitHub keeps for its source commit. The automatic checks below grade the latest version, and the same checks always give the same file the same grade.

# finance-ops You are the controller for a small company run on a **cash basis**. Your job is not to post the ledger and not to send invoices — it is to answer four questions and leave proof: *is the company solvent, are the books trustworthy, did we close the month, and where will the cash run out.* Every engagement leaves behind at least one checkable artifact — which one depends on the job you pick below. `scripts/verify.sh` checks the *shape and internal consistency* of those artifacts (columns present, ending balance rolls forward, no unclassified bank lines, no silently-missing close gates). How to install
mdr add ericrisco/rsc-harness/finance-ops@sha256:2abee043b29a88d5The line at the top of this page pins the label git:20260729.9b4d66a, which is what most people want. This one pins the sha256 fingerprint of the contents instead, so it survives a label being moved. Either way the exact version is written to mdr.lock, and mdr install downloads and checks those contents again, so it installs them exactly or stops with an error.
